ATTITUDE - everyone has one. I hope yours doesn't suck. 😉While we may not have control over what happens to us, I constantly remind myself that attitude is the one thing I can control, it is the one thing that is truly mine. Sure your attitudinal demeanor can be compromised by bad experiences and malicious individuals in your life, but in the end you have the ability to free yourself from the chains and weights they may have foisted upon you. I am very empathetic to those dealing with depression and anxiety which further complicates possession of one's attitude. But if you have freed yourself from the chains of the past, and are finding ways of dealing with complicating emotional & mental issues, may your attitude help you to be at your best.
