Good Morning Locals! 🌞 Happy Saturday Refugees, Triggeratti, Phamily and Digital Neighbors! Hey there Dawn Patrol, Early Birds, Fascinating People, Later Dayers, Day Walkers, Conversants, Lurkers and New Arrivals on these islands of sanity and laughter.

Saturday morning musing. I think it is the most common tool used by my favorite group of elite authoritarians, The Cabal. For those not familiar with some of my morning rants, the Cabal is that cultural conglomerate of MSM (Enemedia), Academia, Big Tech, Woker-tainment & DC Careerists across all parties supported by numerous three letter agencies designed to protect them, menace you and spread intimidating discouragement so you return to your diversions and distractions while passively accepting what they dictate. Don't ask too many questions, otherwise the gulaging of reality might get interrupted. What is their most common tool?

When you OTHER, you don't have to BOTHER.

It is there most common tool for keeping their herd together and to ensure good behavior. The worst group of OTHERs to belong to, Alt-Right, the lurking spirit of Nazism, that the CABAL is battling on our behalf. Apparently if you just scratch a questioning soul, a slightly disagreeable chap or lady, you will find a Alt-Righter just waiting to be born. Your favorite podcaster who questions the narrative, Alt-Righter. That person you once thought well rounded, perhaps enlightened or at least questioning and curious, Alt-Righter in disguise. Like damn cockroaches, just wait till the lights go out. 👀

OTHERing is not a tool solely of the CABAL, anyone can use it, and we should be careful when we readily adopt OTHERing as means of dismissal. The appeal of OTHERing, quick and convenient, it takes minimal time and thought. OTHERing makes us inherently feel superior. OTHERing doesn't get caught up in nuance, ask questions, propose doubt, or even self-question, rinse-wash-repeat with your mantras. When you OTHER, you don't have to BOTHER.

The BOTHERING is really what it is all about. Happy Saturday friends, these havens of bothering are worth our time and support. Those persons who buck the system, question the narrative, ask the questions are worth our attention and interest. The divisions of Left-Center-Right are secondary to those who readily use OTHERing to silence and dismiss disagreement.

Meanwhile - apart from our quibbles and questions - Montana has mountains. Happy Saturday my friends.

Voltaire's birthday 11-21-1694 - A brief essay by Steve Weidenkopf

Today marks the three hundred and thirtieth birthday of the Frenchman François-Marie Arouet, better known by his nom de plume, Voltaire (1694-1778).

Born into a bourgeois family during the reign of Louis XIV, the “Sun King” (r. 1643-1715), Voltaire suffered tragedy at a young age when his mother died. Never close with his father or brother, Voltaire exhibited a rebellious attitude toward authority from his youth. His brilliant mind was fostered in the care of the Society of Jesus, who introduced him to the joys of literature and theater. Despite his later criticisms against the Church, Voltaire, throughout his life, fondly recalled his dedicated Jesuit teachers.

Although he spent time as a civil servant in the French embassy to the Hague, Voltaire’s main love was writing—an endeavor where he excelled in various genres, including poetry, which led to his appointment as the royal court poet for King Louis XV. Widely recognized as one of the greatest French writers, and even hyperbolically referred to by ...
