Good Morning Digital Neighbors!! Happy Monday to all you fine souls across the communities at Local's. I hope you all had a great weekend, autumn foliage has not yet popped here yet. The last month and a half has been so dry I am not sure we will have a very vibrant season. Time will tell. Prayers for all those effected by the severe flooding in our nation. I pray they find relief and support in the trial and the means to rebuild their lives.
In Cath-o-landia we celebrate the Memorial of St. Jerome. Instead of some photography captured from the internet I thought some quotes by Jerome as a well as a warning from him would be good for a Monday morning. Happy Monday my friends, if you are a fellow Disciple of the Lord, may your life be rooted in the WORD. May God bless us in our endeavor to know the heart and mind of the Master by attentively listening and patiently reflecting upon His word to us. On to St. Jerome!

Although he spent time as a civil servant in the French embassy to the Hague, Voltaire’s main love was writing—an endeavor where he excelled in various genres, including poetry, which led to his appointment as the royal court poet for King Louis XV.
