As I think about this drama - I think Steven Crowder overplayed and/or poorly played his hand in this chapter of Inter-web drama. Crowder knew what they were offering him and it wasn't enough in the bottom line. That is unfortunate since his decision to break confidentiality is taking the low path as an forthright player.
If Crowder can make more money on his own, he is free to do it and that might be the path he ultimately chooses. That he decided to malign what was an offer in good faith is a ill considered and implemented response. Most will want to chose a side because partisanship is the flavor of the century. My hope is for reconciliation down the road or some coming to understanding among formerly friendly actors. The center-conservative-liberty side of the cultural conversation is smaller than the Left or the legions of disinterested populace.
