Good Morning Digital Neighbors! Blessed Sunday to all the Disciples among us, beautiful Sunday to all Seekers among us and peaceful Sunday to all you just happy to have another day in the sandbox.
Sundays are my favorite day of the week as you might imagine. Worship transforms the worshipper, you become more similar to what you worship. It is actually a precarious venture since mistaken ideas of what you worship can make you person that should stay out of the sandbox of humanity. Believers-Worshippers-Disciples should always seek greater clarity in their worship and ask frequently how their worship is changing them. While the primary goal of worship is not self-improvement/conversion/spiritual maturity - it is a secondary effect of praise and worship. The primary goal of worship is the acknowledgment of God - honoring -praising - adoring - thanking - not for the Deity's sake but for our sake. While God doesn't need me, I profess a need for Him. Nothing profound this morning, just some ruminations as the day gets underway. Happy Sunday my friends!
