Hands down, I have played more games of this than anything else. RPGs might rival Dominion for time investment since hands generally go quickly.
From Wikipedia:
Dominion is a deck-building card game created by Donald X. Vaccarino and published by Rio Grande Games. Each player uses a separate deck of cards and draw their hands from their own decks, not those of others. Players use the cards in their hands to either perform actions or buy select cards from a common pool of card stacks. The player with the most victory points at the end wins. The game has a "light" medieval theme, with card names that reference pre-industrial, monarchical, and feudal social structures.
The base game is free to play on-line and then of course there are expansions. I have been playing pretty exclusively with a friend of mine from St. Louis for the past 12 years on various permeations of the game. I tend to play exclusively with him, but have a few other online friends I game with from time to time. If you are interested in learning the game, let me know. Base game is free, expansion cost a yearly subscription.

Widely recognized as one of the greatest French writers, and even hyperbolically referred to by ...
