Good Morning Friends & Digital Neighbors! Happy Sunday to all the Supporters, Members and Visitors of this little hole in the wall! Childhood - such an amazing time in our life and we really aren't aware enough to completely appreciate it. It can be a magical time and it can be a very tragic time. Children of loving homes get a taste of the magic, children of abusive home or neglectful homes get more of a taste of the tragic. For a fair amount of us it was probably a mixed bag of magic & tragic. If your childhood was good - enjoy the memories, if it was tragic I pray you find healing of the wounds and wisdom to have made life different for your own children if you had any. For those of you truly traumatized by bad parenting, I hope you find the courage and wisdom to mourn the loss of the ideal, free yourself from their bad influence in life or as a voice in your head and discover the person they were supposed to help you become. That person is still waiting to be treasured by you and enjoyed by everyone else.
The Master love children for their trust & innocence, as adult we are invited to return to that level of trust and strive for that innocence with the mindfulness of an adult. On to the quote! Happy Sunday Friends!

Although he spent time as a civil servant in the French embassy to the Hague, Voltaire’s main love was writing—an endeavor where he excelled in various genres, including poetry, which led to his appointment as the royal court poet for King Louis XV. Widely recognized as one of the greatest French writers, and even hyperbolically referred to by ...
